Updated review from tonight's dinner: same score, different day... this time I tried the patty melt, another sad burger... the bread was stale and the onions severely lacking. Flavor wise, the burger was ok but definitely dry. And the blue cheese sauce was once again a huge (soupy) disappointment. The whole meal made me wish I ordered from old reliable red robin.

Previous review: Ordered from door dash, food arrived relatively timely, given the likely busy lunch hour. The food was such a disappointment. The french onion soup had four floating croutons with a glob of cheese at the bottom of the tupperware. The bourbon bbq burger was missing any signs of bourbon bbq sauce, and the onion rings on top were scraggly and limp. The tator tots were the most edible, but the blue cheese sauce was terribly loose and tasted like watered down ranch dressing. Overall, a sad meal.

Being in the hospitality industry, I try to understand most situations and don't usually post these sort of reviews but someone has to be aware. During our recent visit, service was non existent even on a slower night. We waited 15 minutes to be sat and another 15-20 minutes for a server to show up. They were also out of most spirits. Asked for Basil Hayden, nope. Asked for a Bulleit Bourbon, nope. Asked for a Maker's Mark, nope. Attempted a Jameson and nope. Ordered a mushroom swiss burger and was served their Chipotle BBQ burger instead. I was hungry and ate it anyway, no big deal. My guest ordered a chicken Caesar salad and was served raw chicken. When we let our server know, she was nonchalant and unapologetic. We were just asked, "ok, can I get you something else instead?" We asked for another chicken salad to be made to give them another shot and you guessed it, raw chicken again. Our server disappeared and we had to ask another server to find ours. At this point we returned the dish and asked that the item not be on the bill. When our server finally came by and made an attempt to save the situation by offering us a round of drinks for my guest and I - cool. When the bill arrived, of course those "complimentary drinks" were added to our bill - not cool. Asked to speak to a manager to relay the experience and of course they were "not available." Again, being in the industry as well and not even an expert...these are all basic things that could have been avoided. Do better.

Priced are crazy for what ya got. 10 mini chicken wings for $18. Bartender working alone took forever to get drinks out should have been at least 3 of them there. Big place and one urinal and one toilet that was overflowing almost out the door. Told staff we were there for hours more and still nothing done about it. Really cool place and set up but staff hanging out on phones and food and drinks taking forever I'll pass on coming back.

We celebrated my birthday (August 1st) at Bar Louie! First, the place is amazingly beautiful! We went around lunchtime. The menu was kid-famiky friendly. We had a great booth seat. I ordered a “Strawberry Margarita “, ? tomato basil soup, grilled chicken Quesadillas. Yum! Delicious! Wonderful! The area that the restaurant is in has plenty of parking. Other stores, shops, businesses and restaurants are in the area also! I give Bar Louie a 10+. Fast service! Friendly staff with smiles! Great prices on the menu! I am definitely going back to Bar Louie’s!

Can’t beat the atmosphere here… the drinks are always on point, the food options are widely ranging but a hit or mess at times. Try the fried pickles they are my fave ? The bartenders are most definitely SPOT ON and the vibe is definitely mellow. Margarita Mondays is a fan fave so you must try and let’s not forget the outside dining option with the beautiful ambience of the fire pit under the stars. Parking is a hit or miss as the area is very busy but worth the visit

Wait time on the food was trash for a burger fries and tenders. The were out of wings on Monday and it was empty. Looks like there was one chef which would explain the food. Delay bar tender was decent. Atmosphere is decent it the outdoor fire pit that nobody was at. Food was cold but I’m gonna assume that that was because of the delay in delivery.

Great drinks, great food, great service, great vibes. Never had much difficulty getting a table even during busy hours. My fiancée and I met here over 2 years ago, so this place holds special meaning to us. Unfortunately we no longer live in the area but would highly recommend it to anyone who does!

Unfortunately the service here was pretty terrible. We came during a slow time (maybe 6 tables filled) for lunch. We waited (at least) a 40 minutes for a salad. People who came in 20 minutes later than us got their salad first and....you guessed it. Turns out they ended up with our salad. We only realized after we heard them complaining to their server the salad was wrong. Most of the servers were standing around watching TV. Were pretty tired so converted our order to go. My partner was tired with a headache and paid the bill without thinking--then realized he had somehow ended up paying $50 for a $18 salad and a $10 order of fries. They don't do paper receipts, so nothing we could do to figure out why we were charged so much. This place is probably fun for drinks but I guess make sure you keep track of what you're ordering, you may end up with someone else's food/bill. The food itself was good at least.

Edit: My partner did return the next day to contest the bill, and got a partial refund. Turned out the server had charged us twice. Likely because our salad had been taken to the other table, and instead of telling anyone about the mistake, he just ordered it a second time. So yeah. Definitely double check your bill before paying.
