On Saturday evening at 8 o'clock, I visited without a reservation, and the staff's service was very friendly. The atmosphere was excellent, and it offered a great viewpoint overlooking London Eye. It wasn't overly crowded, making it suitable for quiet conversations. Overall, it's a satisfying place, and I'm inclined to recommend it to others. It was reasonably priced and had a nice ambiance with not too much crowding—a great rooftop spot.

Gorgeous lesser known cocktail bar with wide stretching views. Food quality is just okay. The menu is Spanish with churros and lunch options. It doesn't get as busy as some of the other rooftop bars in London so it's great for pictures.

We were looking for a rooftop to enjoy by night and found out about the Waterloo Sky bar 5 min away from our hotel .
I could have wished for a better place. It’s not overrated and you don’t need to book a week ahead
Just go, sit, enjoy the view and drink your cocktail !
I was thrilled to have find this place and we didn’t spent £100 to enjoy London by night and the sunset on the eye and London city

I felt frankly myself and my girlfriend (Nigerian) experienced microaggression here. The staff were very unwelcoming to us even after we had been told by hotel staff on the ground floor we were welcome to go up. We were told we couldn't sit on the terrace as it was closing but the guests who were already there were not asked to move. We left without buying a drink which I would never have normally done but the atmosphere suggested we didn't belong there even though we were both dressed up for our anniversary. The employees need to question their attitude towards customers if they want to compete with other bars.

Amazing views but awfully bad food and mediocre cocktails. We had to ask whether they had by accident dropped half of the squid on the way to the table. Totally overpriced for what you get.

Fantastic, beautiful views , if it hadn't been raining would have been a wonderful atmosphere I'm sure. Food available, lovely menu , very relaxing and friendly atmosphere, staff excellent.

Atemberaubende Aussicht von der 8. Etage der Dachterrasse. Besonders zu empfehlen bei Sonnenuntergang. Gute Auswahl auf der Getränkekarte, leckere Cocktails. Preise sind sehr gehoben ,was man bei dem Ausblick aber gerne in Kauf nimmt. Sehr nettes Personal.

Our recent visit of the rooftop bar in London Waterloo was sadly a little bit of a letdown. The customer service left much to be desired, with staff seemingly indifferent to the needs of guests. The drinks were unimaginative and poorly executed, lacking any discernible flair or quality. As for the atmosphere, it was virtually nonexistent, Not even the nice city views could make up for this, rendering the entire experience utterly forgettable. Considering the steep prices, this place simply isn't worth the money. Save yourself the disappointment and seek out a more inviting spot elsewhere in the city.
