Amazing bar in Shinjuku area! We looked it up from Google map and just randomly showed up. There are many many options of Gin and Whisky for cocktails. But the best part is the owner, Mr. Satoshi, who is so fun and friendly! He speaks fluent English and we had conversations about everything from drinks to languages. Strongly recommended!

The BEST bar experience in Tokyo so far! Definitely recommended for high quality cocktails and a local neighborhood experience. Very special shout-out to the Moscow mule! A must try. One of the best parts is the owner Satoshi !! A super friendly nice guy, he makes you feel comfortable. I will go back!

We had a really nice time here on our last night in Tokyo. We could easily have stayed for two more hours but had to go pack our bags.
Splendid service and nice drinks! Would definitely recommend.

Great cozy bar in Tokyo! The owner Satoshi is very friendly and welcoming. There’s a large variety of drinks and beers. You can even get some food.

The bar was lively and everyone was friendly and having fun. Perfect spot to have a relaxing and fun time.

Small place but with a very friendly owner Satoshi!! He can suggest u a good test abt some good Japanese whskys!!Price are reasonable too and with extra bonus with some drink sometimes!!
Must try his hot whisky in Winter period…it will warm u up right away~

I cannot pay enough compliments to Bar Flat. Starting with Satoshi-San, what a good dude. Fluent in English and a great mediator to keep the cultural exchange between locals and travelers like myself at the bar. A finely curated selection of craft beer, liquor, and house made concoctions makes for a good time. Try the Tokyo Mule, its absurdly good. The bar is cozy and inviting with good tunes playing softly through a vacuum tube amplifier. Top, top notch. I hope to pay a visit again soon. Domo Arigato Satoshi-San!
