The staff here is wonderful, even when short handed we feel attended to because they are working their buttocks off! I love Chili's (have since 1980, when lived in Dallas). I have rolled with menu changes but still favor Tex-Mex options. The food I do love, but the crispy chicken sandwich is, batter? oil?, not my favorite. Maybe a different sauce is needed, say not mayo. if you like fried chicken but with more spice (Like would expect here) ask for different sauce or a few jalapenos. But a great lunch size, great value.

Protect Michael at all costs!!! We had a really nice night at Chilis. We live a few blocks away so it’s easy to bike there. Our server Michael belongs in fine dining. He patiently explained all the deals, specials, etc. Our food was out quickly and we were checked on to make sure everything was perfect at each step. The high quality service made a huge difference in our night and we appreciate it so much.

Got the 3 for me deal. Burger + fries + chicken tortilla soup + drink for $10.99

It’s a great deal really!
Burger order came inaccurate, but they posted to replace it. The replacement was also inaccurate, missing onions, but waitress brought some, so no biggie.

Burger, Old Timer, was just okay. She asked me how I wanted it cooked and offered it with pink, which I chose. No pink. Well done. Sooo, not sure why offer it and not deliver it.

Kitchen I guess was a bit off today, although it’s my first time at this location.

Waitress was polite though. Clean place.

I’ll certainly try it again. The mishaps were not big deals.
Fries were kinda stale though.

My son and I ate here for lunch. We had a burger, fries, and lava cake. The burger was cooked to perfection; the fries were good, the lava cake was also good but our waiter was outstanding! He truly made our visit here one to remember. Genuine kindness mixed with exceptional service?

Portions have really gotten smaller ! Ordered an Old Timer with cheese and the burger was completed hidden by the bun. Meat was dry and tasteless. Fries were good though Lol ! Had to send it back.
Used to be one of my faves , but wherever they're getting their beef these days, it's just not the same juicy delicious hamburger ? that we've all loved over the years.

Ask for Mike! He was super attentive and nice. He checked on my friend and I throughout our meals and ensured our drinks were refilled. I left my AirPod on the table and he ran out the restaurant to give it to me. Give him a raise!!! Love this type of service! We’ll be back 🙂

Chili’s has raised its prices, and ruined their once great menu. The Pompano location is very dirty looking. Glass is filthy and used napkins all over the floor. Waitress was not friendly at all.
