Staff Behavior, Ms. Mamta is not known that how to treat a guest. Without permission of a guest she was clear the table.
We are paying for the service and food.
I will never suggest this location to my friends and anybody who's going there.

Service staff don't have manners. Directly deny whenever enter in bar after 11 PM . Staff told us that they are getting late for going home if we are spent their time in bar.
I will never suggest this bar and lounge for my friends and colleagues.

Services and food quality was not as per standard. Ambience was medium and sitting area was too hot even ther was not much crowded. Not to be preferable for business purposes

I am writing this based on the actual bar, not the hotel. We never stayed in the Hotel. As for the bar…||Black hole bar, Jaipur. My wife and I spent 4 days in Jaipur in early January 2024. Typical isn’t it?, we found the best bar on the last night of our stay. This bar was filled with local Indian guys eating and drinking. The manager and staff were very friendly. We didn’t eat but the food looked fantastic. The manager / owner ? came chatting to us. Made us feel very welcome. The loud music and general ambience was perfect and seemed to suit everybody. This was the best bar we found in Jaipur… Note to European tourists… this area of Jaipur seems to be the place where all the best bars are. Simple…Wait until it goes dark, look up to the rooftops and all the best bars will become apparent with well lit signs. Excellent staff, great ambience, great prices. If you’re in Jaipur and fancy a drink go to this bar. We would DEFINITELY Recommend this bar.

From start to finish we thoroughly enjoyed this course!
Chef Bhisht have a fantastic set up and gave us a very warm welcome!
We focused on menu , the vegetarian option and feel like we are returning to Black Hole with great tips and recipes that we will continue to use long into the future! Thank you Chef Bhisht and other staff members.

If you're in search of a spot for a swift drink before your flight or to have a party with friends, the Blackhole Bar and Lounge is a great option. The atmosphere is pleasant and well-ventilated. Expect to spend around Rs. 600 for a Kingfisher bottle. The staff and service are commendable, and the place is usually not crowded on weekdays. Evenings are the ideal time to drop in. Although the food could use some enhancement, everything else is up to par.

Lovely food and very generous people , awesome chef named Mr bisht he cooks so well that I had never eaten such a wonderful and tasty food ..... I would recommend everyone to please do visit the restaurant and give opportunity to Mr bisht to serve you the best food available in the entire nation ....

Food with good taste and rates are also reasonable. Service was good street view was also good from rooftop. Comfortable for couples and friends, in the bar at ground floor there is peace. Variety of drinks are also available.........
