Always had a good experience coming here! The staff here is wonderful I forgot my server’s name but he had such a great and funny personality. Food was great and so were the drinks (please bring back the melon drink my boyfriend misses that so much). I recommend coming here after a long shift at work or even a casual Friday night!

BROOOOO!!!! My first time here, I had amazing and excellent service from Brendan, the bartender. He works Tuesday’s, which is also burger night, but he recommends the best drinks, has great personality, and overall he just a wonderful bartender that definitely makes me come back every Tuesday. As well as the manager, Ashley, she delivered my food and had a wonderful personality and great presence, she cared about how I was doing as a customer and overall the best manager I have seen in awhile.

I had an amazing time at Bar Louie in Virginia Gateway!

The bartender Adrian deserves a special mention for his excellent drink-making skills and exceptional service. He really knew his craft and made some fantastic cocktails that were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Adrian's friendly and attentive nature added to the overall enjoyment of my visit.

The service at Bar Louie was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and always had a smile on their faces. I can't wait to visit again! ️?

This is a nice quiet spot for a weekday lunch - it doesn’t get super busy until Happy Hour starts. The atmosphere is a cross between pub/sports bar. There are TVs visible from pretty much everywhere in case you don’t want to miss the game. It’s a large space too with tables ranging from 4 person to large group options in addition to the bar seating. Food is pub grub with good fish n chips (although the fish portion was a little on the small side). My son had the gastroburger which he pronounced the best burger he’s had in a while. Portion size was good, big enough he couldn’t finish the fries. They have an extensive array of cocktails, wine and beer - but don’t look for frozen drinks, they can’t make those. Service was very fast and friendly. Especially considering they are understaffed like many places these days. We snagged on street parking right in front, but there are large lots since it’s at the mall. Overall a very pleasant meal.

Aj was awesome!!! Best service. Also very nice! Fast service, smiled even went above and beyond and helped me charge my phone. I was suppose to do the survey however, I didn’t pay the bill lol so I hope this reaches her!!! Also the food never disappoints. Love the chicken tenders!

First off I have been going here a few weekends and has been ok. 21 Sep 2024 They took awhile with my food so the bartender went to check on it. He brings me my food and they messed up the order and leaves me the Tots...however they think they are slick and put a few hot Tots on the top to cover up the old ones underneath that were cold. REALLY?!?!?! Will never come back!!

If you could not fry another batch you are lazy. Makes me wonder what else is half done in the kitchen.

Update 10-4-24
5 Stars to relations for their response and gave me a coupon for 25 dollars. Went back and the food was better this time (stressed what happened to me previously), service could be better as one female bartender was working her butt off while the male was socialising with a couple and not checking on customers.

The worst bartenders I have every experienced. Empty drinks and bartender just serving everyone around us who was standing. Bartender poured half a martini and tried to give to another customer as if that was normal. Guy was not having it and told to remake. Simply poured the drink over more ice and shook to dilute and still did not fill the glass. When I gave up trying to get a second drink and just get the check, I asked why I was not being served. Was told I needed to wave to them to get their attention. Serious retraining is needed. Not recommended.
