I went for personal loan foreclosure, we have to take Govt ID proof, foreclosure letter and DD. For me it was on the 1st floor and they gave me a token, waited 20-30 mins and the process took around 15 mins. Came to know we can foreclose loan online too, call tata capital customer care for foreclosure, they'll send email with payment link.

Hi myself an avarage employee living in Bangalore in hope of doing something took OD from TATA capital, while giving loan it was a smooth procedure,while paying the EMI s we faced so many issue whenever we call customer care they won't give proper update and response no one will tell us that we need to visit the bank in person. Once the issue becomes to a bottle neck we can't have better choice it's one of the worst service providers in POV .

There is no proper customer care to connect via call and speak to an executive and they call and give missed call and send out email saying that, our team is trying to reach. I asked for simple foreclosure statement and they want 5 working days to send that. They want interest to accumulate and add in the end while closing. I have never seen pathetic service in any of them. Atleast quick response should be there and I do not know what kind of management is taking care of the company

Worst service frm this branch, no proper guidance or request taken. Receptionist are least bothered and they washed out frm seat without solution.

While taking loan ppl were behind me and after that service team washed the hand.

When I initially applied for the loan, I was assured that the home loan would be based on the sale deed and that the registration would occur at the guidance value. However, just two days before the registration, I was informed that the registration must be conducted at the full sale value. This sudden change has created unnecessary stress and confusion during a critical time.

Furthermore, I had an unsatisfactory interaction with Puneet, who I understand is a senior member of your team. His demeanor was not only unhelpful but also dismissive, as he suggested that we could proceed with a loan transfer. Had I been informed upfront that registration could not be conducted at the guidance value, I would have considered other banks for my home loan needs.

This experience has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.

Edit : its been more than 2 weeks and there is no response from the customer care either on email or on calls...Please stop copy pasting the same reply to each review...Useless people

Tatacapital Housing one of the worst for every query will get automated mail stating 7 or 5 working days even after issues will not sorted out.

Last 6 months they have increased ROI twice 0.25 in March & 0.20 on 1st sep reasons due to there Prime Lending coast barrowing money from market with high intrest rate ..Absolutley stupid reason To expand there business borrowing money from market & that high intrest rate applying to existing customers for new customers some what accepted why for existing customers ? even though RBI has not increased ROI Repo rate kept unchanged.. I am chasing them via email from March .. Twitted to Rajiv sabarwal/PMO/RBI/Media business channels

Tatacapital is not following RBI guidelines they're the day robberys cheating innocent customers raised complaint to PMO India/RBI

Customers care service pathetic minimum 40 to 50 min to reach them people have limited knowledge don't follow escalation Matrix don't have SLA horrible experience

Third rate bank absolutely no customer service they are harassing customers and no proper customer service. They should be banned by RBI. My sincere suggestion do not have any banking relations with this bankfor everything they need 15 days its shameful that a brand like Tata has such incompetent people at the helm of affairs and they keep sending message after every interaction for feedback but continue to provide pathetic services. Zero rating should be given to Tata capital and I am really feeling disgusted to bank with this horrendous bank
