Booked a table to watch the 2022/23. Europa Conference League Final between West Ham United and Fiorentina.

Had to pay an entry fee (which was odd) however an excellent atmosphere, we were early so got to choose our seats and chose the ones in front of the big screen. Sound could have been better and they do need to fix that middle left hand side screen! The food and drink wasn't too expensive.

Things to improve on: staff were ok, the doorman was a bit rude when we turned up and seemed unorganized for a busy football final.

Overall a good place to come with friends to watch sports

We were 2 people and wanted to watch the GER-SPA game.
Ambience and staff was nice, but organisation was horrible.
All the seats were marked as reserved, we asked the bartender if any spots are left and he then said, we must place a reservation / register for seats on the website.
Website said we need to call a phone number () cause it wasn‘t working when going through the reservation process.
After asking the bartender again, we finally got the information that we need to register at the entrance, so we went back to it.
There, 3 different people kindly, but stressed, tried to organize the situation. We were a small group of maybe 5 people around the registration at first, but more people came in and a line of 20 people formed, to which end the manager (?) guided us although we were the next chronologically.
Then we left.

TL;DR: Ambience was good, staff was nice, but unorganized AF. Shouldn‘t be that hard to manage 10 people …

Hakira took care of us, she is incredibly intelligent, professional and proficient at such a young age. She made our evening great and we will go back again.
The bbq wings are 10/10. Great to watch any sports you like. A hidden gem of Leicester Square

This was a really great place to hang out with friends. In a great location. The drinks and food are reasonably priced too and if you have casino membership you get a discount on it. I recommend the pot stickers/dumplings. It's open 24/7 so convenient for a day or night out.. the screens are all positioned so where ever you're sitting youll be able to see a screen showing the sport. The staff are friendly too. Ill definitely be back. Recommend.

Excellent pizza. OK selection of beer. Prices on good and drink are appropriate (but necessarily any bargain). Lots of sports are shown on television, including American Football. Service was somewhat lackluster, particularly given how many employees where working. It is a smoke free inside. The environment feels like a Casino (which it is). That can be good or bad depending on your taste.

The Carlsberg Sports Bar occupies a small space within a casino so it is a little underwhelming, I expected the venue to be more impressive.

I booked a table to watch the World Cup Final last week. I don't normally frequent sports bars (or any bar for that matter) because I'm not into sports and I don't drink alcohol. My friend was visiting from overseas so I thought he would enjoy the experience. So we arrive and are allocated our seats by a manager/supervisor he gives us two options. Option 1: uncomfortable seats facing the main screen or Option 2: comfortable seats to the far corner of the room with a side view of the screen. After a few minutes in the uncomfortable seats we ask if we could sit elsewhere as there were other empty seats in the bar and we were categorically told NO. I asked why and wasn't given a reasonable or logical explanation. Reluctantly we were offered suitable alternative seating but the exchange to get there was unpleasant. I can only liken it to the interaction one would have with US immigration; cold and uninviting. As this is a hospitality business I found his approach completely unacceptable and it ruined what would have been a great afternoon because all the other staff were great; especially the waiters and the reception staff. I expect the gruff and surly approach works a treat with rowdy revellers but it was unnecessary in this scenario.
